Renewals happen in February. If you are a first-time member the same fee applies — the difference is only the licence, which is issued to you once you’re on the ASA system.

One payment, two things
Pay the full amount once, using the reference above, and the club handles the split between club membership and your ASA licence.
- Joining a club for the first time — you will be registered on the ASA system and receive your licence number.
- Existing Bellville AC members — renew with the same reference and you keep your number.
- Moving to Bellville AC from another club — your transfer is processed on the ASA system; keep running and don’t enter races under the old club.
